How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Production takes 5–7 business days, then delivery takes about 7–15 business days to the US and Australia, or 10–20 business days to Canada and Europe. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
US: $7.99. Australia: $7.99 standard, $9.99 express, free standard shipping on orders over $69. Canada & Europe: $12.99. The final cost is always shown at checkout.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size chart for each style (Hoodie, Zip Hoodie, Sweatshirt, T-Shirt). Our items are unisex fit; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that your item may already be in production.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.
How do I wash my item?
Turn it inside out, machine wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F) with mild detergent, don't bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payment methods available at checkout, processed securely. We never see or store your full card details.
