Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Check your order status

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Mangotee and click Track your order.
2. Or sign in to your account to see all your orders and their status.
3. You can also paste your tracking number into 17TRACK, which works with most carriers worldwide.

Haven't received a tracking number?

If it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered and you have no tracking email, please check your spam folder, then email us at vuthilinh16092002@gmail.com with your order number.
